Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent image release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
